It was a gift to the school from grade 6 students. Wonderful artwork!
At night, the principal bought us to Xin Shi for dinner. The restaurant deco was unique and ancient. The food was not bad too, however I personally felt that Tainan people favour sweet dishes as most of the dishes are sweet. Meanwhile, Malaysian chinese usually favour salty dishes. Thus, I am still not able to get use to it. I shall let the pictures do the talking :)

There was a lotus pond outside the restaurant

Romantic huh?
Us
The fish (over-cooked), some mountain vege (crunchy) and pig intestine (sour)
Winter melon soup with dried scallop (I like this!)
This dinner was quite expensive. The principal said they don't come here often. I am really thankful to them for being so generous to me. Tonight I am going to cook Bak Kut The for dinner and hopefully it will be a successful one! :)
